摘要 为了分析煤矿工人的情境意识要素间的因果关系结构,建立更具鲁棒性的情境意识驱动模型,提出了一种基于DEMATEL和ISM法耦合的矿工情境意识驱动模型构建方法。首先,在构建情境意识概念模型的基础上从组织、个人和环境3个维度辨识矿工情境意识驱动要素;然后,运用熵值法计算矿工情境意识驱动要素的权重,并借助DEMATEL和ISM方法确定情境意识驱动要素间的因果作用关系,进而构建矿工情境意识驱动模型。结果表明,班组安全氛围是矿工情境意识的根本影响因素;生理心理状况、工作记忆、作业能力和作业经验是直接影响因素;组织制度、人岗匹配性、物理生产环境、培训组织、作业规程和作业负荷设计是间接影响因素。 The paper intends to focus its study on making a quantitative analysis for the cause-result relationship between the situational awareness factors of the coal miners,and then try to establish a more robust situational awareness motivation model,which is closely related to their inclination error and safety performance.It is just for this purpose that we have put forward a situational awareness motivating model in this paper and established a construction method based on the DEMATEL and ISM. In so doing,we have,first of all,given the definition of the situational awareness and its corresponding conceptual model of the miners on the basis of the current research trend about the definition and the theory concerned. And,then,we have illustrated the coal miners' situational awareness motivating factors based on the influential factors of the situational awareness from the point of view of organization, personal stand-point and the environment. The aforementioned motivating factors list established in the paper consist of 11 indexes,including the three first-order factors,that is,the organization factor,the personnel factors and the environmental factors. Secondly,the entropy theory can be adopted for the calculation of the number of human-factor leading accidents during the period from 2010-2014 by evaluating the weight coefficients. Furthermore,we have also established the direct motivation affecting factors in the relation matrix,with the weighing value being the initial ones. Besides,the DEMATEL method has also been used to calculate the interaction relation among the motivating factors of the situational awareness of the miners. And,last of all,we have also built up the adjacency matrix for the driving factors of the situational awareness with the numerical value of the interaction relationship to determine the cause-result relationship.As a result,we have set up the structural model of the miner's situational awareness in a quite careful and compressive manner.The result of the practical application shows tha
