摘要
目的观察使用水凝胶+高渗盐敷料治疗手术切口线结异物排斥反应的效果。方法将21例患者随机分为观察组12例,对照组9例,通过评估伤口,根据伤口线结排斥反应的不同时期分别采用高渗盐敷料、水凝胶给予换药处理。为创面提供最佳愈合环境,加速伤口愈合,减轻病人痛苦。同时,给予患者饮食护理、心理护理,与患者进行有效的沟通与心理疏导,对伤口的愈合有一定的积极作用。并且要求护士在进行各项操作时动作熟练、正规、有耐心,取得患者的充分信任,帮助患者正确认识疾病,讲解换药方法,指导患者积极配合治疗。结果观察组换药次数及愈合时间均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论使用水凝胶+高渗盐敷料治疗手术切口线结异物排斥反应,在换药过程中由一名护士进行连续性护理,既可消除患者对不熟悉护理人员的不安情绪,又增加患者对护士的信任感和依赖性,建立良好的护患关系,调动患者战胜疾病的主观能动性。
Objective To observe the effect of using hypertonic salt dressings and hydrogel in the treatment of repulsion of foreign body in the incision line. Methods Twenty-one patients were randomly divided into study group（n = 12） and control group（n = 9）. By evaluating the wound, hypertonic dressings and hydrogels were used to treat the wound according to the different periods of the repulsion of the wound. It provides the best healing environment for the wound, accelerates the healing of the wound and reduces the patient＇s pain. At the same time, the patient＇s diet nursing, psychological nursing, effective communication and psychological counseling with the patients have a positive effect on the healing of the wound. Besides, nurses should be skilled, formal and patient when doing all kinds of operations, so that they can get sufficient trust from patients, help patients understand the disease correctly, explain the way of dressing change, and guide patients to cooperate actively. Results The change times and healing time of the study group were lower than those of the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusions The use of hyperosmotic salt dressing hydrogel in the treatment of surgical incision line knot foreign body rejection, in the course of dressing change by a nurse to carry out continuous care, can not only eliminate the patient＇s uneasiness towards unfamiliar nursing staff. It also increases patients＇ trust and dependence on nurses, establishes good nurse-patient relationship, and mobilizes patients＇ subjective initiative to overcome diseases.
