简述了流化床气流粉碎机、常温、低温深冷气流粉碎系统的工艺、装置和结构特点。气流粉碎可对许多材料进行超微粉碎,并能实现颗粒粉碎、改性与混合一体化。探讨了气流粉碎技术在氟树脂、高聚合物和化工等行业中的应用,能满足安全、环保、节能和高品质的要求。
The fluidized jet machine was briefly described,and the technology,installation and structural features of airflow crushing system at room temperature,low temperature were introduced. Airflow crushing can ultrashate many materials,achieve particle crushing,modification and mixing integration at the same time. The application of airflow crushing technology in fluororesins,high polymers and chemical industry was discussed. The technology met the safety,enviromental protection,energy saving and high quality requirements.
