摘要
穿孔爆破是露天矿工程施工的基础,其爆破质量不仅会对铲装设备的工作效率造成直接影响,而且关系到其他采矿作业的顺利开展。在露天矿爆破过程中,地质状况、炸药性能以及装药结构等都可能会对爆破质量造成影响,导致大块、根底等问题出现,从而增加爆破成本。因此,采矿企业需要重视露天矿的爆破工作,认真分析影响爆破质量的各类因素,并且采取有效措施予以解决。论文简要分析了露天矿爆破质量的因素,探讨了提高露天矿爆破质量的主要措施。
Perforation blasting is the foundation o fopen pit mine engineering construction. The blasting quality not only has a direct impact on the working efficiency of the shovel loader, but also relates to the smooth development of other mining operations. In the process of open pit mine blasting, geological conditions, the performance of explosive and propellant structure are likely to affect the blasting quality, leadingto mass, rootproblem, thus increase the cost of blasting. Therefore, mining enterprises need to pay attention to the blasting work of open pit mines, analyze all kinds of factors that influence the quality of blasting, and take effective measures to solve them. This paperbriefly discusses the main measures to improve blasting quality of open pit mine.
