摘要
通桥(2012)2109-Ⅰ预制后张法简支T梁(设声屏障)是我国现代化铁路采用的新型梁型,它是为了满足降低行车时的噪声,减少对周围居民的伤害,从而在桥上设置声屏障以减少行车产生的噪声达到保护环境要求。根据铁总颁发的铁路工程建设通用参考图及有关T梁预制的设计文件,结合本工程施工经验,通过分析通桥(2012)2109-Ⅰ型铁路预制后张法简支T梁(设声屏障)预制对架梁后湿接缝、现浇桥面板(声屏障基础及人行道部分)、桥面板处横向预应力施工的影响,结合安全性合理性的施工要素,提出了声屏障梁预制时相应工序的施工质量控制措施,从而提高预制T梁的质量,以保证架梁后后续工序施工的质量。
Tong Qiao （2012） 2109- I prefabricated post tensioned simply supported T beam （sound barrier） is a new type of girder used in modem railway in China. It is designed to reduce the noise and reduce the damage to the surrounding residents, thus setting sound barrier on the bridge in order to reduce the noise produced by driving to meet the protection environment requirements. According to the standard drawing of railway engineering construction issued by China Railway and the design documents relating to the precast ofT beam, combined with the construction experience o fthis project, paper analyzes the influence of the prefabrication of Tong Qiao （2012） 2109- I prefabricated post tensioned simply supported T beam on the transervers prestress in wet joint and cast in place bridge deck construction after the bridge girder, combining with the rationality and safety construction factors, puts forward the construction quality control measures for the sound barrier prefabrication, to improve the quality of prefabricated T beam, and ensure the construction quality of the following construction after the frame beam.
