摘要
对蒸发式冷凝机组应用于大型商业建筑前景进行分析。阐述了该机组的技术进展、研究现状和市场现状,综合分析了该机组的发展情况。当前市场上,蒸发式冷凝机组可分为2种换热器形式,板管式换热器构成的机组SCOP为4.8;降膜式换热器构成的机组中,又可根据压缩机形式的不同,分为螺杆式压缩机(SCOP为5)和磁悬浮离心式压缩机(SCOP为8)。未来,蒸发式冷凝机组可能会像当前在地铁项目中应用一样,在商业建筑中被大力推广。
This paper analyzes the application prospect of evaporative condensing unit in large commercial buildings, expounds the technical progress, research status and market status of the unit, and comprehensively analyzes the development status of the unit. In the current market, evaporative condensing units can be divided into two types of heat exchangers, the unit SCOP of plate-tube heat exchanger is 4.8, in the unit consisting of falling film heat exchanger, it can be divided into screw compressor （SCOP is 5 ） and magnetic suspended centrifugal compressor （SCOP is 8） according to different compressor forms. In the future, evaporative condensers may be as widely used in commercial buildings as they are in subway projects.
