摘要
以智力资本、生态环境与区域竞争力为研究对象,从知识管理的视角,采用2011—2015年我国面板数据,通过PLS-SEM和PLS-DA相结合的方法对三者之间的关系进行研究。实证结果表明:人力资本对关系资本和结构资本,关系资本对结构资本,结构资本对区域竞争力和生态环境,均产生显著正向影响,而生态环境则对区域竞争力产生显著负向影响;东部地区特别是京沪两地智力资本集聚效应明显,区域竞争力也显著优于其他地区,中西部地区应加强智力资本的培育和提升,以实现我国经济整体上的绿色、协调和可持续发展。
This paper takes intefiectual capital, ecological environment and regional competitiveness as research object, from the perspective of knowledge management, adopts panel data of China from 2011-2015 to study the relationship between them by means of PLS-SEM and PLS-DA. The empirical results show that： human capital has a significant positive impact on relationship capital and structural capital, relational capital has a significant positive impact on structural capital, structural capital has a significant positive impact on regional competitiveness and ecological environment, while the ecological environment has a significant negative impact on regional competitiveness. The agglomeration effect of intellectual capital in the eastern region, especially in Beijing and Shanghai, is obvious, and the regional competitiveness is also significantly superior to that of other regions. The central and western regions should strengthen the cultivation and promotion of intellectual capital, in order to realize the green, coordinated and sustainable development of our country＇s economy as a whole.
