摘要
随着社会节奏的加快,经筋病已成为临床常见病。筋结是经筋病的一种病理产物,表现为横络、条索及结节状物,按之酸胀麻,甚则疼痛,刺激筋结为治疗经筋病的关键所在。"肌肉起止点"取穴法是张文兵以《内经》取穴法为基础并结合现代解剖学知识提出的,在肌肉的起止点及肌腱寻找阿是穴和反阿是穴来治疗筋结,很好地将"以痛为腧"和"痛外治痛"结合起来,通过软组织力学和痛点机制理论均可证明该治疗手法对松散结节有着显著疗效。
With the development of times,nowadays,the disease of meridian-muscle regions has become one of common clinical diseases.Tendon knot belongs to a pathological product of meridian-muscle region disease,showing as the appearance of ＂transverse collaterals＂, ＂stripes＂ and ＂ nodule＂ with the feelings of acid,hemp and bilge sensation or even painful while pressing tendon.Stimulating tendon is the key to the treatment of meridian-muscle region disease.The method of ＂ beginning and end spots of muscles＂ acupoints selection is put forward by Zhang Wenbing.The method is based on the acupoints selection from Neijing and combined with the knowledge of modern anatomy,in order to find tendon as well as Ashi and anti-Ashi acupoints in muscles to treat the tendon knot and combined the methods of acupuncture and treatment at pain points.Through soft tissue mechanics and pain point mechanism theory,prove that this treatment technique has a significant effect on loose nodules.
