摘要
"丝绸之路经济带"作为我国全方位对外开放的新战略,是以包括公路、铁路、机场以及能源和互联网在内的基础设施为纽带,以纽带间的互联互通为前提和基础的新型区域合作。其建设的核心是加强各省区的社会经济联系、推动各省区之间及各省与经济带沿线国家在人流、物流、资金流及信息流之间的有序流动,而这些流的物质承载基础就是交通基础设施。本文基于交通运输与区域经济发展理论、交通经济带理论,并运用计量经济学的相关知识,定量分析了丝绸之路经济带沿线九省交通基础设施与地区经济发展间的相关关系。研究发现,丝绸之路经济带交通基础设施每增加1%,地区生产总值相应增长1.4324%,丝绸之路经济带沿线省份交通基础设施对地区经济发展有着正向推动作用。
The Silk Road Economic Belt is a new all-dimensional opening strategy of China.With infrastructure as it.s joint, which includes highways, railways, airports, energy and Internet, it's a new regional cooperation arrangement based on the interconnections between ties.The core of the construction is to strengthen the social economic connection of each province and promote the ordinary flow of population, goods, capital and information among the provinces,regions as well as countries along the economic belt.However,the foundation loading material of these flows is transportation infrastructure. Based on the Theory of Regional Economic Development and Traffic Economic Belt and the relevant knowledge of economy the paper analyzes the relationship between transportation infrastructure and regional economic development of the nine provinces along the Silk Road economic belt. The study found that when it is 1% increase in transportation infrastructure, the GDP increased by 1.4324% at the same time. Transportation infrastructure of the provinces along the Silk Road Economic Belt plays a positive role in promoting regional economic development.
