摘要
改革开放以来,区域发展战略对中国经济的快速发展产生了巨大影响、发挥了巨大作用。从整体演变规律分析,中国区域发展战略在过去40年呈现以下10个显著特征:空间属性增强、创新作用增强、更加注重顶层设计、实施思路的协调性提高、面临问题的复杂性增加、更加注重质量提升、发展动力的内生性增强、发展机制的可持续性增强、作用对象的全面性增强、战略地位的稳定性增强。
Since the reform and opening up,the regional development strategy has had a tremendous impact on therapid development of China.s economy. From the analysis of the overall evolutionary laws, China.s regionaldevelopment strategy has presented the following ten significant characteristics in the past four decades： the spaceattribute strengthens, the innovation function strengthens, pays more attention to the top-level design, the coordinationof implementation thought has been enhanced, faces the problem complexity to increase, pays more attention to thequality enhancement, the endogenous growth of development momentum has been enhanced, the sustainability of thedevelopment mechanism has been enhanced, the comprehensiveness of the target has been enhanced, and the stabilityof the strategic position has been enhanced.
