摘要
构建高质量发展的现代化经济体系,是党的十九大作出的具有时代意义的重大决策。从区域视角看,中国构建高质量发展的现代化经济体系,在省区、市县层面应突出五大着力点,即有特色:培育优势提升区域产业体系质量;现代化:提升区域经济发展水平和管理水平;新动能:推进区域经济发展动力转换;协调性:促进城乡经济、区域经济协调发展;可持续:增强区域经济发展的抗风险能力和持久性。这五个方面是从不同的侧面构建高质量发展的现代化经济体系,这五个方面密切关联,必须一体建设、一体推进。
Building the modern economic system of high quality development is a significant decision made by the 19th Party of the Communist Party of China. From the regional perspective, building a modern economic system withhigh quality development, the city and county level should highlight five major points： Characteristics： cultivaeadvantages to improve the quality of regional industrial system; Modernization： promote the level of regional economicdevelopment and management; New kinetic energy： promote the transformation of regional economic development;Coordination： promote urban and rural economy,regional economic development; Sustainable： enhance the regionaleconomic development ability of resisting risks and persistence. These five aspects are different perspective to buildthe regional modern economic system of high quality, are closely related and also must be built and promoted as onebody.
