生物重油再生沥青物理性能试验研究 被引量:13

摘要 为研究生物重油对老化沥青再生的可行性,选取3种生物重油进行试验。对3种生物重油进行比重、黏度、水分含量、元素分析、红外光谱等理化性能测试;将3种生物重油按照2%、4%、6%、8%的比例掺配至经室内模拟老化后的70#沥青中,通过针入度、延度、软化点、黏度试验,对比分析3种生物重油对70#老化沥青再生效果的差异性;参照沥青混合料最佳沥青用量的方法确定生物重油的最佳掺量。结果表明:随生物重油掺量的增加,老化沥青软化点和黏度呈下降趋势,针入度和延度呈上升趋势;生物重油再生性能存在一定的差异性,生物重油A和B再生性能较好,生物重油C再生性能稍差;生物重油A、B、C最佳掺量分别为3.9%、4.6%、6.4%。 In order to study the feasibility of regeneration of aging asphalt by using biological heavy oil,three kinds of heavy bio-oil was selected to carry out the experiment. Physical and chemical properties of three kinds of heavy bio-oil such as specific gravity,viscosity,and moisture content were tested; the elemental analysis and infrared spectrum analysis were undertaken. 70# asphalt under indoor aging simulation experiment was blended with three kinds of heavy bio-oil in the proportion of 2%,4%,6% and 8% respectively. The penetration,ductility,softening point and viscosity tests were undertaken to analyze differences of the regeneration effect of three kinds of bio heavy oil on 70# aging asphalt. Besides,the optimal dosage of heavy bio-oil was determined according to the method for the optimum asphalt usage of asphalt mixtures. The results show that:( 1) with the increase of bio-oil dosage,there is a downward trend for softening point and viscosity of aging asphalt,while there is a upward trend for penetration and docility of aging asphalt;( 2) there are differences among different types of heavy bio-oil in regeneration performance; the regeneration effects of heavy bio-oil A and B are better while the regeneration performance of heavy bio-oil C is slightly worse;( 3) the optimum contents of heavy biooil A,B and C are 3.9%,4.6% and 6.4% respectively.
