摘要
本文对我国废旧纺织品产业发展、产业标准化的现状和实现产业标准化的意义进行了阐述,并提出了产业标准体系建设思路,建议从基础综合管理、设计生产阶段、回收阶段、分拣阶段、再加工阶段、再利用阶段和旧货流通及管理等方面开展研究,并建立标准体系。
This article introduces the development and industrial standardization of China’s waste textile industry, explains the significance of industrial standardization, and puts forward the idea of building an industrial standard system. It suggests that the establishment of the standard system should start from the study of basic comprehensive management, design and production phase, recycling phase, sorting phase, reprocessing phase, reusing phases, and the circulation and management of used goods.
