摘要
目的探讨以整体护理为基础的中医情志护理对冠心病心绞痛患者生活质量的影响。方法选取2016年8月—2017年6月武山县中医医院收治的冠心病心绞痛患者124例,随机分为护理组和对照组,每组各62例。对比两组患者疾病认知水平、遵医行为、生活质量及满意度。结果两组干预后疾病知识评分均明显较干预前高(P<0.05),且护理组较对照组高(P<0.05);两组干预后"生活质量综合评定问卷-74"(GQOL-74)评分均明显较干预前高(P<0.05),且护理组较对照组高(P<0.05)。结论冠心病心绞痛患者实施以整体护理为基础的中医情志护理,能够显著提高患者疾病认知水平及遵医行为,改善其生活质量与满意度。
OBJECTIVE To explore the influence of traditional Chinese medicine emotional nursing based on holistic nursing on the quality of life in patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris. METHODS 124 cases of patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris in target hospital from August 2016 to June 2017 were selected and divided into nursing group and control group randomly, both the two groups were 62 cases. The control group was given routine nursing, and the nursing group carried out the traditional Chinese medicine emotional nursing based on holistic nursing on the basis of the control group. The cognitive level,compliance behavior, quality of life and satisfaction of the two groups were compared. RESULTS The disease knowledge scores of the two groups after the intervention were higher than those before the intervention（P〈0.05）, and the nursing group was higher than the control group（P〈0.05）; the compliance rate of the nursing group was 95.16%, which was higher than that of the control group 83.87%（P〈0.05）; the quality of life comprehensive assessment questionnaire-74（GQOL-74） scores in the two groups were higher than those before the intervention（P〈0.05）, and the nursing group was higher than the control group（P〈0.05）. CONCLUSION The implementation of traditional Chinese medicine emotional nursing based on holistic nursing in patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris could significantly improve the level of disease cognition and compliance, and improve their quality of life and satisfaction.
