摘要
目的:研究吗啡联合无创呼吸机治疗急性左心衰的临床治疗效果。方法:本次研究实验从医院内部选取2017年2月-2018年4月收治的160例急性左心衰患者作为研究对象,利用电脑随机将入组患者分为联合组和对照组,对比两组患者的临床治疗效果和治疗前后的临床监测指标。结果:联合组的临床治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗前两组的临床监测指标无明显差别(P>0.05),治疗后联合组的各项临床监测指标均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:使用吗啡联合无创呼吸机治疗急性左心衰,能够是患者的临床症状得到显著改善,促进患者临床指标和身体机能的优化,适宜广泛应用于临床治疗中。
Objective： To study the clinical effect of morphine combined with noninvasive ventilator in the treat-ment of acute left heart failure. Methods：In this study,160 cases of acute left heart failure patients treated in the hospi-tal from February 2017 to April 2018 were selected as the research object. The patients were randomly divided into thecombined group and the control group by computer. The clinical therapeutic effects and the clinical monitoring indexesbefore and after the treatment were compared between the two groups. Results：The total effective rate of clinical treat-ment in the combined group was significantly higher than that in the control group（P〈0.05）. The clinical monitoring in-dexes of the two groups before the treatment were not significantly different（P〉0.05）. All the clinical monitoring indexesof the combined group after treatment were significantly better than those of the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：The use of morphine and noninvasive ventilator in the treatment of acute left heart failure can be a significant improve-ment in the clinical symptoms of the patients,to promote the optimization of the clinical and physical functions of the pa-tients and to be widely used in clinical treatment.
