核电站压力容器支撑用高性能S355J0钢板生产实践

摘要 通过核电站压力容器支撑用高性能S355J0钢板生产工艺优化实践,分析了化学成分、热处理工艺对S355J0钢板实物性能和金相组织的影响。实践结果表明,在优化钢板化学成分、热处理工艺后,S355J0钢板经过长时间模拟消除应力处理获得优良的力学性能。舞钢在此工艺优化实践的基础上开发出满足客户特殊要求的高性能压力容器支撑用高性能S355J0钢板。 By production process optimization practice of high performance S355J0 steel plate for pressure vessel support of nuclear power plant, the paper analyzes the effects of chemical composition and heat treatment process on ac- tual product properties and metallographic structure. The results show that the S355J0 steel plate, which receives long duration simulated stress relief heat treatment, obtains excellent mechanical properties after optimizing chemical compo- sition and heat treatment process. Wugang has developed high performance S355J0 steel plate for pressure vessel sup- port satisfying special requirements of customers on the basis of process optimization practice.
