摘要 电渣炉气雾冷却工艺是通过喷嘴形成气雾,将一定压力的水和空气喷吹到电渣锭表面对其进行二次冷却的工艺。在工艺开发过程中,对气雾装置、喷嘴结构、水气调节等进行了探索性调整和优化,提高了冷却强度和均匀性。电渣炉气雾冷却工艺在舞钢公司电渣炉应用后取得了良好的效果。 ESR furnace air - mist cooling process is a secondary cooling process to inject water and air under pressure onto the surface of ESR ingot via nozzles in the form of air mist. In the course of process development,the air mist device, nozzle design and water - air regulator are adjusted and optimized, which improves the intensity and uni- formity of cooling. ESR furnace air mist cooling process receives good application result on Wugangg ESR furnace.
