摘要
泌尿外科属于医院重点科室之一,涉及疾病多为常见病及多发病,手术治疗是该科室常见的治疗方法之一。泌尿外科围手术期患者为风险事件的高发人群,因患者疾病类型、病情程度、医院管理模式、医疗水平等存在一定差异,引发患者围手术期风险因素等原因呈现多样性,主要涉及患者因素、护理因素、侵入性操作、药物因素、环境及管理因素五个方面,严重威胁患者身心健康及治疗康复的进程。通过强化患者入院评估及健康宣教,加强护理人员的专业知识及技能培训,强化护患的风险管理意识,完善围手术期的护理及护理安全制度的实施,有助于减少泌尿外科围手术期患者风险事件的发生,保障患者治疗及医疗工作的正常开展。
Department of urology surgery is one of the key departments of the hospital, which involves many common diseases. Surgical treatment is one of the common treatment methods in department of urology surgery. Perioperative patients in urological surgery were at high risk of negative events. There are some differences in patients＇ disease type, severity of illness, hospital management model and medical service level, leading to a variety of reasons which cause the negative events of perioperative patients. There are mainly five aspects including patient factors, nursing factors, invasive operation, drug factors, environmental factors and management factors, seriously threatening the physical and mental health of patients and process of their treatment and rehabilitation. By strengthening patients admission assessment and health education, nursing staff＇s professional knowledge and skills training, and nursepatient risk management consciousness, and by perfecting perioperative nursing and nursing safety system, we can help to reduce perioperative patients＇ risk events and ensure patients ＇ treatment and medical service.
