摘要
采用光学显微镜、扫描电镜对失效断口进行形貌观察,通过断口处焊缝金相分析、显微硬度分析,并基于有限元方法对管道运行时振动应力的分析,分析了蒸发气处理系统工艺管线失效开裂的原因。结果表明:焊接焊缝中存在微裂纹,在增压机振动的影响下扩展开裂;建议提高焊接质量,做好防振减振措施。
Using the optical microscope and scanning electron microscope, the cracking fracture was analyzed for BOG process pipeline by topographic observation, metallographic analysis, micro-hardness analysis and vibration analysis of pipeline based on FEM. The results showed that there was the micro crack in the welding seam, and the crack was extended under the influence of the vibration of the turbo- charger. It was suggested that the welding quality should be improved and the measures to prevent vibration and reduce vibration should be done.
