摘要
中外合作办学是当今高校教育发展的新趋势,而其中的党员教育管理也面临一定的困难,文章总结了留学生党员管理困境的影响因素,通过调研问卷和因子分析找到了教育环境、组织管理和师资配备三个关键影响因素,进而有针对性地提出解决办法。
In today＇s universities,sino-foreign cooperative education is a new trend,in which party members＇ education and management face some difficulties. This article summarizes the influencing factors of the management dilemma of overseas student Party members,and finds three key influencing factors through questionnaires and factor analysis,which are education environment,organization management and teacher equipping,thus providing some targeting solutions to them.
