摘要
目的探讨替米沙坦治疗糖尿病合并高血压患者的临床效果。方法选取2016年5月~2017年5月广东省中山市南朗镇南朗医院收治的200例糖尿病合并高血压患者作为研究对象,依据动态随机化原则将其分为对照组和观察组,每组各100例。对照组患者给予氨氯地平进行治疗,观察组患者在对照组基础上联合使用替米沙坦进行治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后的血脂指标水平和治疗效果。结果两组患者治疗前的4项血脂指标水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组患者治疗后的总胆固醇(TC)、高脂血症(TG)、低密度脂蛋白-胆固醇(LDL-C)水平均低于对照组,高密度脂蛋白-胆固醇(HDL-C)水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论使用替米沙坦治疗糖尿病合并高血压,效果理想,值得临床推广。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Telmisartan in the treatment of patients with diabetes mellitus complicated with hypertension. Methods A total of 200 patients with diabetes mellitus complicated with hypertension treated in Nanlang Hospital of Nanlang Town in Zhongshan City, Guangdong Province from May 2016 to May 2017 were selected as the research objects. According to the principle of dynamic randomization, they were divided into control group and observation group with 100 cases in each group. The control group was treated with Amlodipine, and the observation group was treated with Telmisartan on the basis of the control group. The blood lipid levels before and after treatment and therapeutic effect were compared between the two groups. Results There were no significant differences in the levels of blood lipid before treatment between two groups（P〉0.05）. The levels of TC, TG and LDL-C after treatment in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, the level of HDL-C after treatment was higher than that in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The total effective rate of the treatment in the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The effect of Telmisartan in the treatment of patients with diabetes mellitus complicated with hypertension is satisfactory.
