摘要
本文结合电梯专业办学特点,探究双主体共建实训基地的实践研究。校企双方充分挖掘实训基地的作用,从实践教学到社会服务,跟进实训基地的建设管理,逐步建立符合专业发展要求,符合当前城市电梯发展需求的校内外实训基地,提升了专业服务能力,有效服务区域经济。
In this article, the practical research of the school-enterprise dual-entity co-constructing training base has been explored by combining the characteristics of running the elevator speciality in NTST（Nantong College of Science and Technology）.The school and the enterprise has exploited the role of training base from teaching practice to social service,and followed up the construction and management of the training base. As a conclusion, the new training base has been built which is in line with the gradual establishment of professional development requirements and the current development needs of the city＇s elevator.It will enhance the professional service capabilities and serve the economy development in the region.
