摘要
"湘南承接产业转移示范区"的建设与完善,离不开湘南示范区内地方高校对于国际贸易专业外贸方向"技术+商贸"人才培养模式的改革与创新。本文将主要针对湘南承接产业转移中的产业结构变化以及地方经济发展对物流管理外贸方向专业人才的要求,探索和分析地方高校国际贸易专业在人才培养过程中存在的问题,进而相应地提出国际贸易专业外贸方向的"技术+商贸"人才培养新模式,就人才培养模式的内涵、措施展开研究。
The construction and improvement of ＂South China undertaking industrial transfer demonstration area＂ is inseparable from the reform and innovation of talents training mode of ＂technology ＋ commerce＂ in foreign trade oriented international trade major in the South Hunan demonstration area.This article which mainly aims at the change of industrial structure in the industrial transfer of South Hunan and the requirements of the local economic development for the foreign trade professionals in the logistics management will explore and analyze the problems existing in the process of personnel training in the international trade major of local colleges and Universities.Then, a new mode of ＂technology ＋ business＂ talent training for foreign trade oriented international trade major is put forward, and the connotation and measures of personnel training mode are studied.
