摘要
目的观察混合痔术后复方荆芥熏洗剂应用的临床疗效。方法将58例行混合痔外剥内扎术的患者随机分为2组。对照组30例,术后给予高锰酸钾溶液坐浴治疗;研究组28例,术后在对照组基础上,给予复方荆芥熏洗剂熏洗治疗。治疗结束后观察2组术后第1天、4天、7天肛门疼痛、肛缘水肿、创面肉芽生长情况。结果 2组术后第1天肛门疼痛、肛缘水肿、创面肉芽生长情况差异无显著性(P>0.05);2组术后第4、7天肛门疼痛、肛缘水肿、创面肉芽生长情况差异有显著性(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论混合痔术后复方荆芥熏洗剂的应用具有减轻疼痛、减少水肿、促进肉芽组织生长的作用。
Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of compound Herba schizonepetae fumigation lotion on mixed heinorrhoid surgery. Methods 58 cases of mixed hemorrhoids were randomly divided into 2 groups. The control group of 30 cases was treated with Potassium Permanganate solution bath treatment. 28 cases in the study group applied compound Herba schizonepetae fumigation lotion treatment after surgery based on the control group based on the given . After treatinent, the anus pain, anal edge edema and the growth of granulation in the two groups were observed on the first day, 4 days and 7 days after operation. Results There was no significant difference in anal pain, anal border edema and granulation growth on the first day after operation between the 2 groups （P 〉 0.05） . There was significant difference in anal pain, anal border edema and granulation growth on the fourth, seventh day after operation in the 2 groups （P〈0.05 or P〈0.01） . Conclusion The application of mixed hemorrhoid lotion with compound Schizonepeta can relieve pain, reduce edeina, and promote granulation tissue growth.
