摘要
新时代背景下,应用技术型人才是各行各业发展的重要力量,更是各企业生产和技术一线的主力军。人才的培养离不开教育,要培养出综合素质高,竞争力强,符合企业要求的一专多能的复合型人才,高素质教师是关键。应用型本科学生,不仅要熟练掌握专业理论知识和专业技术原理,还能在生产和技术一线岗位上熟练进行实践操作,同时具备一定的创造或创新能力,推动企业生产设备或生产技术的改造和更新,因此,培养学生高水平的专业实践能力是应用本科学生培养的重要内容。目前,大部分应用型本科院校正处于转型的关键期,如何不断提升专业教师的实践教学能力水平,相应提升学生的实践能力水平,是各应用本科院校的首要而艰巨的工程。
In the new era, the applied technical talent is the most important force among all professions, and the major force in each enterprise. The cultivation of talents can not be separated from education. In order to train a comprehensive quality of high, strong competitiveness, to meet the requirements of the enterprise, multi-skilled composite talents, high-quality teacher is the key. The application-oriented undergraduate students should not only master the professional theoretical knowledge and professional technical principles, but also be skilled in practical operation in the production and technical posts, and at the same time possess certain creative or innovative abilities, to promote the transformation and renewal of production equipment or production technology. Therefore, the cultivation of high level of professional practice ability of students is an important part of the training of applied undergraduate students. At present, most of the application-oriented undergraduate colleges are in the critical period of transformation, how to constantly improve the level of professional teachers' practical teaching ability, and accordingly improve the level of students" practical ability, is the primary and arduous project of the applied undergraduate colleges and universities.
