摘要
学生社团干部是连接学校与社团成员的桥梁,是繁荣校园社团文化的具体组织者和实施者,而社团干部频频离职对社团的健康发展产生不良的影响。文章以贵州地方高校为例,探究社团干部离职的原因和对策。
The student associations cadres is the bridge linking the school and the members of the community. They are the concrete organizers and the executors of the prosperous campus community culture, and the frequent resignation of the Student Association cadres has a serious influence on the healthy development of the community. Taking the actual operation of local universities in Guizhou as an exemplar, this paper explores the reasons for the resignation of student associations cadres and the countermeasures.
