摘要
柴油发动机广泛应用于柴油车和各种非道路工程机械中,由于在使用过程中会产生大量颗粒物和CO、HC、NO_x等有害气体,因此需要有效地对其加以控制。文章介绍了颗粒物的产生过程及其对人体的危害,综述了通过使用生物柴油、含氧燃料添加剂及其他改性燃料改善燃油品质和通过调整喷油正时、喷油压力等喷油参数降低颗粒物排放的燃烧控制技术研究进展,重点对使用柴油颗粒过滤器的颗粒物常规控制技术及其再生方式和类型进行了比较,并讨论了今后的发展方向。
Diesel engines are widely used in diesel vehicles and various of off-road construction machineries. Due to a large number of particulate matter and CO, HC, NO_x and other harmful gases in the process of using, they need to be effectively controlled. The generating process of particulate matter and its harm to human beings are introduced. It summarizes the improvement of fuel quality by using biodiesel, oxygenated fuel additives and other modified fuels, and reduces the particulate matter by adjusting fuel injection timing, fuel injection pressure and other fuel injection parameters. The conventional control technology of particulate matter using diesel particulate filter and its regeneration modes and types are compared, and the future development direction is discussed.
