摘要
精神科重症病房(PICU)由于患者的风险性高以及封闭的病房管理模式,使得医患沟通在患者的诊疗过程中显得更为重要。文章从精神科重症病房中医患沟通的意义、前提与基础、沟通内容、提升沟通水平的途径对精神科重症病房的医患沟通做了详细的阐述。我们有理由相信,只要医护人员能够放平心态,摆正定位;坦诚相待,充分告知;换位思考,相互理解;依法依规,坚持原则,我们就能尽量将医患沟通做到及时、充分、有效,为临床诊疗工作带来新的动力。
Because of the high risk trait of patients in Psychiatric Intensive Care Unit（PICU）and the closed ward management mode,the doctor-patient communication becomes particularly important in the patients＇ diagnosis and treatment process.This paper elaborated on aspects of doctor-patient communication regarding the contents,significance,premise and foundation,ways to improve communication skills of doctor-patient communication.We have reason to believe that as long as the health care personnel could make a positive position,be honest,fully inform,mutually understand,and adhere to the laws and principles.We can try to make communication between doctors and patients as timely,adequate and effective as possible,and bring new impetus to clinical diagnosis and treatment.
