摘要
云南西双版纳属于我国重缺硒地区,目前,除少量工作对西双版纳野生蔬菜中硒含量进行了分析之外,基于该地区种植土壤中硒含量检测用于富硒植物开发的研究还鲜有报道。因此以氢化物发生-原子荧光光谱法作为检测手段,针对性地选取云南西双版纳地区几种热带水果植物根茎部土壤样品进行硒含量测定。从检测结果分析,热带水果番石榴、桂圆及香料桂皮的种植土壤中,均检出总硒含量为5~6 ng/mL,回收率较为满意,该结果有望进一步对云南西双版纳地区水果富硒情况的研究及富硒产品开发提供帮助。
Xishuangbanna belongs to an area lacking of selenium. Researches on the determination of selenium(Se) in soils of this area are still rarely reported at present. In this work, a method has been reported for the determination of selenium in soils of tropical fruit plants collected from Xishuangbanna by hydride generation atomic fluorescence spectrometry(HG-AFS). The results showed that 5~6 ng/mL of Se were detected in soils of guava, longan and cassia with satisfactory percent recovery. This result was expected to be helpful for further research on the cultivation of selenium enriched fruits in Xishuangbanna, Yunnan.
