摘要
人类创造了历史,而历史的经典却是由"工匠"制造的。中央电视台拍摄的一部题为《大国工匠》的电视纪录片,向国人及全世界展示了大国工匠的风采。然而,少数"工匠"难以承担"中国制造"的大任,尤其当"中国制造"行至"中国创造"的时代关口,"人人皆为工匠"的需求将应用型大学人才培养推到了历史的风口浪尖,"培育精益求精的工匠精神"也因此被写入了2016年两会的政府工作报告。本文旨在通过探索"大国工匠"的成长史,解析"工匠精神"与"工匠"的核心素养,建构现代"工匠""动商"的经纬,对应用型大学体育教学的改革提出建设性建议,推动动商与高等教育研究的发展进程。
While common people create history,artisans create historic classics. A documentary titled Great Country Artisans by CCTV displays to the world the glamor of great country craftsmen. However,a handful of craftsmen alone are far from enough to shoulder the Made in China responsibility,not to mention its transition to Created in China era. The demand of＂everyone being an artisan＂pushes the cultivation of practice-oriented university talents to historical forefronts. Therefore,＂artisan spirit cultivation＂was proposed in 2016 NPC CPPCC reports. This paper explores the development history of＂Great Country Craftsmen＂,analyzes the core qualities of ＂artisans＂and ＂artisan spirits＂,and constructs the relationship between artisans and motor quotient. Finally,it offers suggestions for PE education reform in application-oriented universities,so as to push forward MQ and higher education researches.
