摘要
社交媒体是促进残疾人社会交往的重要手段。本文通过对国内外残疾人社交媒体的有关研究进行分析,发现残疾人社交媒体的研究对象集中在听力残疾者和脑瘫患者上;研究方法主要为问卷调查法、访谈法和实验法;残疾人大多使用即时通讯工具与人沟通,互动对象多为熟悉的人,互动内容多为聊天和娱乐,互动原因为便利性、感觉像普通人一样、获取支持和维持关系;残疾人社交媒体使用面临的挑战包括技能缺陷、隐私泄露以及社交媒体的不完善;残疾人社交媒体的干预主要集中在听力残疾者、脑瘫患者及老年残疾人身上,且取得成效;针对残疾人社交媒体使用中的问题,有研究还提出了相应改进措施。基于此,本研究对未来残疾人社交媒体研究、推广、使用干预及其改进提出了建议。
Social media is an important means to promote the social communication for persons with disabilities. This paper analyses the researches on social media of people with disabilities at home and abroad, and the results show that the subjects mainly suffer fromhearing impairment and cerebral palsy,the research methods are mainly questionnaire survey, interview and experiment. In general, people with disabilities use instant messaging tool to communicate with familiar people,the interactive contents for them are usually chatting and entertainment and the reasons for interaction are for convenience, feeling typical, getting support and maintaining relationships. The challenges faced by persons with disabilities in use of social media are skill deficiency, loss of privacy and social media imperfections. The intervention of the social media for persons with disabilities mainly concentrates on hearing impairment, cerebral palsy and the elderly disabled, which have produced some good results. Given the problems of using social media for persons with disabilities, the corresponding improvement measures have been put forward. Based on the above, this study will provide suggestions for future social media research, promotion, use, intervention and improvement for persons with disabilities.
