摘要
目的探讨手法复位小夹板固定联合中药内服治疗桡骨远端骨折的临床效果。方法选取本院2016年1月至2017年1月诊治的379例桡骨远端骨折患者为研究对象,按治疗方案不同分为对照组(n=189,手法复位小夹板固定治疗)和研究组(n=190,手法复位小夹板固定联合中药内服治疗),比较两组整体疗效、骨折愈合时间以及愈合效果。结果研究组患者的治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);与对照组比较,研究组的骨折愈合时间较短,尺偏角、掌倾角较小(P<0.05)。结论手法复位小夹板固定联合中药内服治疗桡骨远端骨折的临床疗效确切。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of manipulative reduction and small splint fixation combined with oral administration of Chinese medicine in the treatment of distal radius fractures. Methods From January 2016 to January2017, 379 cases with distal radius fractures in our hospital were selected as the objects and divided into control group（n=189, manual reduction and small splint fixation） and study group（n=190, hand reduction and small splint fixation combined with oral administration of Chinese medicine）. The overall efficacy, fracture healing time, and healing effects of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group（P〈0.05）. Compared with the control group, the fracture healing time of the study group was shorter, and the ulnar angle and the palm tilt angle were smaller（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Manipulative reduction and small splint fixation combined with oral administration of Chinese medicine in the treatment of distal radius fractures is effective.
