我国硫酸生产废水处理的新进展 被引量:2

摘要 "十二五"规划以来,我国硫酸工业生产在减少污染排放、探寻硫酸新原料、回收利用过程余热和技术创新提高装置效益等方面取得了显著的成绩。硫酸生产过程中产生的大量废水,严重污染环境。通过研发和探索新的处理工艺和技术改进,做到废物资源利用、减少"废水"排放和实现绿色制酸工艺一直是人们重点关注和努力解决的课题。本文重点综述了近几年来我国硫酸工业生产在废水治理方面所取得的新的进展。 Since the 12 th five-year plan,China's sulphuric acid enterprises have made remarkable achievements in reducing plant pollution emissions,exploring new sulfuric acid raw materials,recycling waste heat from the process and improving equipment efficiency through technological innovation. The sulfuric acid production process produces a large number of waste water,seriously polluting the environment. The research and development to explore new process and technology improvements for achieving waste recycling,reducing pollution emission and realizing green acid-making technology have been focused on and an important issue to solve. In this paper,the new progress of China's sulfuric acid industry in the treatment of waste water are reviewed.
