卫星在轨相对三维微角度高精度测量方法研究 被引量:1

摘要 为满足卫星由于在轨变形导致的有效载荷偏离基准指向的角度测量需求,文章提出了一种基于位移计的三维微角度测量方法,机械结构小巧且测量精度较高。该方法采用连接悬臂将被测物体的旋转传递给测量装置,使用位移计测量多个面上相应测点的位移变化,通过测点位移与转角的关系求解面间的相对偏转,从而得到被测物体之间的相对转角。文章通过仿真计算验证了数学模型的正确性,分析了各误差源对最终测角结果的影响,并在此基础上进行结果拓展,得到被测物体的微小位移。最后通过原理样机进行了实验验证,测角误差在5″以内。 Aiming at the requirement of the angle measurement of the payload due to the deformation of the satellite,a three-dimensional angle measurement method based on the displacement sensor is proposed in the paper,which has compact mechanical structure and high measurement accuracy.The method uses a connecting cantilever to transfer the rotation of the measured object to the measuring device.A displacement sensor is used to measure the displacement of points on multiple surfaces.The relative deflection between the surfaces is solved by the relationship between the displacement and the rotation angle,thereby the relative rotation angle between the objects is obtained.The paper describes the mathematical principle of the method in detail.The correctness of the model is verified by simulation calculations.The factors affecting the accuracy of angle measurement are analyzed.On this basis,the results are expanded to obtain a small displacement of the measured object.The experimental prototype was verified by the principle prototype,and the final error is within 5″.
