摘要 以城镇脱水污泥为原料,木耳渣、鸡粪作为辅料,进行混合堆肥试验。结果表明:污泥与木耳渣、鸡粪在适宜含水率、C/N等条件下好氧堆肥,发酵周期为20d,并持续12d堆温高于50℃,达到无害化卫生要求;堆肥终产品的含水率及种子发芽率两个指标达到污泥农用的要求;污泥:木耳渣为7:3时,堆肥终产品含水率、总养分、总铅含量达不到有机肥标准,污泥:鸡粪为3:1和污泥:木耳渣:鸡粪为7:2:1时,终产品再经过后续放置晾干或烘干可达到有机肥标准。 The mixed composting experiment was carried out by using the sewage sludge as raw material,fungus residue and chicken manure as accessories. The results showed that sludge,fungus residue and chicken manure were aerobically composted under conditions of suitable moisture content and C/N,the fermentation cycle was 20 days,and the temperature of the compost body was maintained above 50° C for 12 days,reaching harmless requirements of health standards. The compost product could meet the standards for agricultural use in terms of moisture content,seed germination rate. When sludge: fungus residue was 7 ∶ 3,the compost product could not meet the organic fertilizer standard in terms of moisture content, total nutrient content and total lead content. When sludge: chicken manure was 3∶ 1 and sludge: fungus residue: chicken manure was 7∶ 2∶ 1,the compost products placed after the follow-up to dry or drying could achieve the standard of organic fertilizer.
