摘要
目的:探讨舍曲林联合喹硫平治疗强迫症(OCD)的效果。方法:收集2015年1月至2017年5月接诊的OCD患者60例,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各30例。对照组给予舍曲林(50 mg/d)治疗;观察组给予舍曲林(50 mg/d)联合喹硫平(50 mg/d)治疗;两组均治疗8周。观察两组强迫程度(Y-BOCS)、焦虑程度(HAMA)评分、疗效和不良反应。结果:干预后对照组Y-BOCS、HAMA评分分别为(15.69±3.32)分和(16.77±3.47)分,观察组分别为(8.29±2.22)分和(10.79±2.56)分,观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组总有效率为90.00%(27/30),高于对照组的66.67%(20/30,χ~2=4.812,P<0.05)。观察组的不良反应发生率为26.67%(8/30),对照组为30.00%(9/30),组间差异无统计学意义(χ~2=0.082,P>0.05)。结论:舍曲林联合喹硫平治疗OCD疗效和安全性较好,临床应用价值较高。
Objective： To explore the effect of sertraline combined with quetiapine in the treatment of obsessive compulsive disorder （OCD）. Methods： Sixty cases of OCD patients treated from January 2015 to May 2017 were collected and according to the random number table method divided into an observation group and a control group with 30 cases in each group. The control group was treated with sertraline （50 mg /d）; the observation group was treated with sertraline （50 mg /d） combined with quetiapine （50 mg /d）; both groups were treated for 8 weeks. The obsessive-compulsive degree （Y-BOCS） and anxiety scale （HAMA） scores, efcacy and adverse reactions were observed in the two groups. Results： After intervention, the Y-BOCS and HAMA scores of the control group were （15.69 ＋ 3.32） and （16.77 ＋ 3.47）, respectively. Those of the observation group were （8.29 ＋ 2.22） and （10.79 ＋ 2.56）, respectively, and the observation group was lower than the control group （P 〈 0.05）. The total efective rate in the observation group was 90.00% （27/30）, which was higher than 66.67% in the control group （20/30, χ2=4.812, P 〈 0.05）. The incidence of adverse reactions was 26.67% （8/30） in the observation group and 30.00% （9/30） in the control group. There was no signifcant diference between the two groups （χ2=0.082, P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion： Sertraline combined with quetiapine has good efcacy and safety in OCD treatment, and clinical application value is high.
