摘要
目的分析侧脑室引流联合腰大池置管引流术治疗脑室出血的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析2015年1月至2017年10月在东莞市人民医院及厚街医院收治并采用侧脑室引流联合腰大池引流术治疗脑出血中的91例患者临床资料。对照组49例采用传统侧脑室引流术治疗脑室出血,观察组42例采用侧脑室引流联合腰大池置管引流术治疗脑室出血。对比分析两组的临床疗效、引流时间以及治疗前后的GCS差值。结果观察组总有效率(97.62%)明显优于对照组(83.67%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组引流时间(6.11±0.59)h、治疗前后GCS差值(2.71±1.29)分明显优于对照组引流时间(8.41±0.28)h、治疗前后GCS差值(1.73±1.07)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论侧脑室引流联合腰大池置管引流术治疗脑室出血安全性更高,疗效更明显。能够有效地降低死亡率,缩短手术及住院时间,降低术后致残率和并发症,值得临床推广。
Objective To analyze and discuss the clinical effect of lateral ventricle drainage combined with lumbar cistern tube drainage in the treatment of ventricular hemorrhage.Methods The clinical data of 91 cases of intracerebral hemorrhage treated by lateral ventricle drainage combined with lumbar cisterna drainage from January 2015 to October 2017 in Dongguan People＇s Hospital and Houjie hospital were analyzed retrospectively.the control group used traditional lateral ventricle drainage in the treatment of intraventricular hemorrhage,observation group were treated with lateral ventricle drainage combined with lumbar cistern tube drainage in the treatment of intraventricular hemorrhage.The clinical efficacy of the two groups,the time of drainage and the difference of GCS before and after treatment were compared and analyzed.Results The total effective rate of the observation group（97.62%）was significantly better than that of the control group（83.67%）,and the difference was statistically significant（P 0.05）.The drainage time of the observation group（6.11±0.59）h,the GCS difference before and after treatment（2.71±1.29）was significantly better than the control group drainage time（8.41±0.28）h,and the GCS difference before and after treatment（1.73±1.07）points,the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion The side ventricle drainage combined with the lumbar cistern tube drainage is more safe and more effective for the treatment of cerebral hemorrhage.It can effectively reduce the mortality,shorten the operation and hospitalization time,reduce the postoperative disability rate and complications,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
