摘要
目的分析利福平联合参麦注射液对肺结核患者的近期治疗效果。方法选取自2015年5月至2017年8月于我院接受治疗的肺结核患者66例,并按数字表法随机分为对照组32例与观察组34例。对照组常规2HZES/6HRE抗结核治疗方案,观察组采用利福平联合参麦注射液治疗。对比分析两组患者不良反应发生情况、痰菌转阴情况及近期治疗效果。结果观察组肝功能损害(2.94%)、白细胞减少(2.94%)、呕吐、恶心(5.88%)等不良反应发生率等均明显低于对照组患者肝功能损害(21.88%)、白细胞减少(18.75%)、呕吐、恶心(25.00%)等不良反应发生率,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组痰菌转阴率(55.88%)、近期总有效率(91.18%)均明显高于对照组痰菌转阴率(31.25%)、近期总有效率(65.62%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对肺结核患者给予利福平联合参麦注射液进行治疗后,其不良反应明显改善,近期总有效率显著增加,临床应用价值较高。
Objective To explore and analyze the effect of rifampin combined with Shenmai Injection in the treatment of pulmonary tuberculosis.Methods From May 2015 to August 2017,66 cases of pulmonary tuberculosis treated in our hospital were selected,and they were randomly divided into the control group（32 cases）and the observation group（34 cases）according to the number table method.The patients in the control group were treated with routine 2 HZES/6 HRE anti tuberculosis treatment,and the patients in the observation group were treated with rifampin combined with Shenmai injection.In the two groups of patients the occurrence of adverse reactions,sputum bacteria turning Yin and the effect of treatment in the near futurewere compared and analyzed.Results Patients with liver damage（2.94%）,leukopenia（2.94%）,nausea and vomiting（5.88%）was significantly lower than that of the control group of patients with liver function damage（21.88%）,leukopenia（18.75%）,nausea and vomiting,（25%）,with statistically significant difference（P0.05）;the observation group with the sputum negative conversion rate（55.88%）and the total effective rate（91.18%）was significantly higher than the control group with the sputum negative conversion rate（31.25%）and the total efficiency（65.62%）,and the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion After the treatment of rifampicin combined with Shenmai injection,the adverse reactions of patients with pulmonary tuberculosis improved significantly,the total effective rate increased significantly in recent years,and the clinical application value was high.
