Chaotic Characteristic Verification of Gearbox Vibration Signal based on the Time Synchronous Averaging and Separation Technology

摘要 通过对齿轮箱正常状态以及不同程度齿轮断齿故障振动信号进行分析,采用时域同步平均技术(Time synchronous averaging method,TSA)对振动信号进行预处理,而后分离信号中的非线性部分,并进行混沌特性验证。结果表明,该方法能够有效提取反映齿轮箱退化的混沌特性,证明了混沌现象普遍存在于齿轮箱运行的全过程中。 The gearbox vibration signal of normal and different degrees teeth break fault condition are analyzed,the chaotic characteristics of the gearbox vibration signal are verified by using the time synchronous averaging method( TSA) to separate the linear components in the vibration signal of the gearbox and the remaining nonlinear components as the research object. The results show,the chaotic characteristic of gearbox degeneration can be effectively extracted,the existence of chaos in the vibration signal of gearbox is verified in the life-time run.
