摘要
针对中国目前高校食堂面临的经营问题,文章结合互联网销售模式对高校食堂经营方式进行改良,使之在新的消费结构和互联网网络订餐平台下拥有更强生命力。文章分析高校食堂特征和现状,研究并创新运用"互联网+"运营方式进行经营改良,运用大数据工具全面了解菜品推出情况,结合现状适时推进新菜品同时实行食堂运营的标准化,旨在通过引进新型互联网经营模式,提供最方便快捷的食堂服务,优化食堂经营管理,增强食堂市场竞争力。
As for nowadays troubles about college and university canteen, the essay combines popular Internet meal ordering service with university catering service to find a new way to live through new consumption structure and great hit by online service. The paper analyzes characteristic and current situation of university canteen, studies "Internet+" and makes innovative use of it, finds the way to understand the situation of new dishes in all direction by using big data, advises how to introduce new items according to market requirement and realize the standardization of canteen operation. It aims to recommend new Internet operation to offer most convenient service, optimize canteen management and strengthen market competitiveness of college and university canteen.
