基于帧间差分自适应法的车辆抛洒物检测 被引量:13

摘要 高速公路抛洒物事件容易引发交通事故,造成不良影响。为了实现对高速公路抛洒物的检测,提出了帧间差分自适应法。该方法是基于连续帧间差分法和均值法背景减除的运动目标检测算法。首先,对图像进行包括灰度转换、图像降噪以及图像增强等预处理。然后,对连续的序列图像进行累计差分,对得到的差值图像进行求和运算并求平均,并对得到的图像通过选择合适的阈值T进行二值化;使用均值法进行背景建模,将当前帧与所得的背景模型进行差分运算并进行二值化处理。最后将用连续帧间差分法得到的二值图像与基于均值法的背景减除得到的二值图像进行逻辑"与"运算,并对逻辑运算后的结果进行数学形态学膨胀处理得到最终的运动目标检测结果。实验结果表明,该方法可在一定程度上克服传统的帧间差分法和均值背景减除法的缺点,更加完整准确地提取出前景运动目标。 Freeway throwing events are prone to cause traffic accidents and cause adverse effects. In order to realize the detection of highway free throws,a frame-to-frame difference adaptive method was proposed. This method was based on the continuous frame difference method and the mean method background subtraction moving target detection algorithm. Firstly, preprocessing such as grayscale conversion, image noise reduction, and image enhancement was performed on the image. Then,cumulative difference was performed on continuous sequence images,the resulting difference images are summed and averaged,and the resulting image was binarized by selecting an appropriate threshold T;background modeling was performed by using the mean method. The difference between the current frame and the resulting background model was computed and binarized. Finally,the binary image obtained by the continuous inter-frame difference method and the binary image obtained by subtracting the background based on the mean method were used to perform a logical AND operation;and the result of the logic operation was mathematically expanded to obtain the final motion target test results. The experimental results show that this method can overcome the shortcomings of traditional inter-frame difference method and mean background subtraction to a certain extent;and extract the foreground moving target more completely and accurately.
