摘要
选用正交试验法分析混凝—微滤工艺去除腐殖酸的影响因素,主要讨论了腐殖酸浓度、水温、pH与混凝剂浓度对工艺腐殖酸去除效率的影响,得出最优工艺条件为腐殖酸浓度为6 mg/L、水温10℃、pH为6、混凝剂浓度为0.6 mol/L。影响的主次顺序为混凝剂投加浓度、pH、腐殖酸浓度、水温。
Orthogonal test was used to analyze the factors affecting the removal of humic acid by coagulation micro-filtration process. The effects of humic acid concentration, water temperature, pH and coagulant concentration on the removal efficiency of humic acid were discussed. The optimum conditions were humic acid concentration 6 mg/ L, water temperature 10 ! , pH 6 and coagulant concentration 0.6 mol/ L. The order of influence was coagulant dosage, pH, humic acid concentration and water temperature.Key words:
