摘要
烧伤是危害病人身心健康极为严重的意外伤害,同时会对严重烧伤的家属照顾者产生不同程度的精神创伤。在病人烧伤的整个事件中医护人员和其他社会研究人员往往将重点都放在病人本身,对烧伤家属照顾者的心理关注甚少。针对烧伤对家属照顾者造成的心理健康方面的影响及相关因素进行综述,总结相应的护理干预措施,以期为改善和提高烧伤病人照顾者心理健康状况提供参考依据。
Burns are serious accidents that endanger the physical and mental health of patients,and they can cause the different levels of trauma to family caregivers of severe burns.In the whole incident of burns,health care workers and other social researchers tend to focus on patients themselves,however,little care about the psychology of family caregivers.The influences of burns on the mental health of family caregivers and its related factors were reviewed.The corresponding nursing intervention measures were proposed to provide a reference for improving and enhancing the mental health status of family caregivers of burn patients.
