摘要
目的探讨经皮心导管介入封堵术治疗动脉导管未闭患儿的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析2015年1月~2018年1月本院收治的经皮心导管介入封堵术治疗的90例动脉导管未闭患儿的临床资料,对患儿手术治疗后的并发症发生情况及通过超声心动图检查对封堵成功率进行观察,比较患儿手术治疗前后的肺动脉舒张压、收缩压、平均压情况。结果患儿在接受经皮心导管介入封堵术治疗后,经超声心动图检查可知,5例存在少量残余分流,11例存在微量残余分流,75例完全封堵;手术完成后24h超声心动图检查显示全部患儿均封堵成功,成功率为100.00%;患儿术后肺动脉舒张压、收缩压以及平均压均低于术前,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论经皮心导管介入封堵术治疗动脉导管未闭的疗效确切,且创伤小,安全性高。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of percutaneous cardiac catheterization in the treatment of children with patent ductus arteriosus. Methods The clinical data of 90 patients with patent ductus arteriosus who underwent transcutaneous cardiac catheterization in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2018 were retrospectively analyzed. The echo failure rate was observed by echocardiography, and the diastolic blood pressure, systolic blood pressure and mean pressure of the pulmonary artery before and after surgery were compared. Results After receiving percutaneous transcatheter catheterization treatment, echocardiography test revealed 5 cases of residual shunt, 11 cases of residual residual shunt, 75 cases of complete occlusion. 24 h after surgery, the echocardiography examination showed that all patients were successfully occluded with a success rate of 100.00%. The postoperative pulmonary diastolic pressure, systolic blood pressure and mean pressure were lower than those before surgery, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Transcutaneous cardiac catheterization for the treatment of patent ductus arteriosus is effective, with minimal trauma and high safety.
