摘要
恶性肿瘤是严重威胁人类健康的第一杀手,培养肿瘤专业的临床应用型高端人才重要性不言而喻,然而在精准医疗模式背景下,国内尚无标准的肿瘤学专业临床型博士研究生培养模式。本文通过我们在肿瘤学专业临床型博士研究生的培养经验,结合查阅相关文献,希望为建立适合中国国情的培养模式提供参考。
Malignant tumors are the first killers of serious threats to human health.It is self-evident that the clinical application of high-end talents in the field of cancer is self-evident.However,in the context of precision medical care,there is no standard clinical oncology training model for oncology in China.Through our training experience in clinical oncology for oncology,this paper combines with relevant literature and hopes to provide reference for the establishment of a training model suitable for China＇s national conditions.
