摘要
目的研究2型糖尿病胃动力变化及枸橼酸莫沙必利对糖尿病胃轻瘫患者的治疗效果。方法选择我院2017年5月—2018年3月期间收治的2型糖尿病患者60例,将其中30例糖尿病胃轻瘫患者纳入A组,将30例单纯糖尿病患者纳入B组,另选同期收入的健康体检者30例纳入C组。比较3组胃排空时间(EDT1/2)、胃电图、胃肠激素水平,分析2型糖尿病患者胃动力变化及枸橼酸莫沙必利分散片对胃轻瘫症状的治疗效果。结果 3组液相、固相EDT1/2呈逐渐缩短趋势,A组PR、生长抑素水平低于B、C 2组,血浆胃动素、血清胃泌素水平高于B、C 2组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);A组患者治疗后液相、固相EDT1/2以及血浆胃动素、血清胃泌素水平低于治疗前,PR、生长抑素水平高于治疗前,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗期间,A组患者未见明显药物不良反应。结论部分糖尿病患者存在不同程度的胃动力迟缓现象,枸橼酸莫沙必利可有效改善患者胃轻瘫症状,且安全性较高。
Objective To study the changes of gastric dynamics of type 2 diabetes mellitus （T2DM） and curative effect of mosapride citrate in treatment of diabetic gastroparesis （DGP）.Methods 60 T2DM patients in our hospital from May 2017 to March 2018 were selected （30 cases of DGP were included into A group and 30 cases of pure diabetes were included into B group）,and 30 cases of healthy controls were included into C group.The gastric emptying time （EDT1/ 2 ）, electrogastrogram, gastrointestinal hormone level were compared among the three groups. The changes of gastric dynamics of T2DM and curative effect of mosapride citrate dispersible tablets in treatment of DGP were analyzed. Results The liquid phase and solid phase EDT-/2 in A , B,C group gradually shortened, the levels of PR and somatostatin in A group were lower than those in B and C group, the levels of plasma motilin and serum gastrin in A group were higher than those in B and C group （P〈0.05 ）; After treatment, the liquid phase and solid phase EDT1/2 , plasma motilin and serum gastrin levels in A group were l ower than those before treatment, the levels of PR and somatostatin in A group were higher than those before treatment （P〈0.05 ）; There were no obvious adverse reactions in A group during treatment. Conclusion Some diabetes patients have different degree of delayed gastric dynamics. Mosapride citrate in treatment of can effectively improve the symptoms of DGP and have higher safety.
