摘要
研究马铃薯传统窑洞库、普通冷库和智能通风窑洞库对马铃薯的贮藏效果,为优化马铃薯的贮藏条件提供理论依据。对3种不同贮藏条件下环境温湿度、CO2浓度以及晋薯16号马铃薯块茎采后生理、贮藏效果的相关指标变化趋势进行了比较研究。结果表明,智能通风窑洞库可有效抑制马铃薯块茎呼吸代谢速率,降低马铃薯块茎中干物质、淀粉、还原糖营养物质以及Vc的消耗,但不同处理对块茎中粗蛋白含量变化影响均不显著;智能通风窑洞库减缓了马铃薯块茎失重率和腐烂率的上升,适用于马铃薯块茎的长期贮藏,贮藏180 d时,智能通风窑洞库的贮藏效果与普通冷库基本相当,且显著优于传统窑洞库。
In this study, storage effects of three storage conditions such as traditional earth cave dwelling, general cold storage, and intelligence-controlled ventilating cave dwelling on potato were studied for providing theoretic foundation for optimization with of potato storage conditions. Comparative research on environmental temperature and humidity, content of CO2, and change tendencies of indexes of post-harvest physiology and storage effect of potato Jinshu 16 was performed. The results showed that the intelligence-controlled ventilating cave dwelling efficiently inhibited respiratory rate of tuber, declined consumption of dry matter, starch, reducing sugar, and Vc content. Impacts of different treatments on change of protein contents in tuber were all insignificant. The intelligence-controlled ventilating cave dwelling slowed rise of weight loss rate and rotting rate. Thus, it was proper for long-term storage of potato. After 180 d of storage, the intelligence-controlled ventilating cave dwelling had equal effect with general cold storage and was obviously better than the traditional earth cave dwelling.
