摘要
为对垂直气电焊工艺实际应用进行基础研究,先介绍原理和工艺特点,再针对16mm B级钢板立对接作焊接工艺认可试验,全面分析了机械性能试验的各项数据,得出了可靠合理的焊接参数,从而解决了垂直对接接头的焊接自动化问题,提高了船体装配焊接质量和效率。
In order to study the practical application of vertical gas welding technology, first, the principle and process characteristicsare introduced, the welding process approval test is prepared for the 16mmB steel plate vertical butt joint. The data of mechanicalperformance test are analyzed. The reliable and reasonable welding parameters are obtained. The welding automation problem of vertical buttjoint is solved to improve the welding quality and efficiency of hull assembly.
