摘要
目的比较剥脱性青光眼(PXG)患者、剥脱综合征(PEX)患者及正常人(CON)角膜内皮细胞密度(ECD)、变异系数(CV)及六角型细胞比例(HE)差异。方法病例对照研究。连续性选取2012年12月至2017年12月住院治疗的PXG患者72例(72只眼)、PEX患者56例(56只眼)及性别、年龄相匹配的CON 68例(68只眼),分别作为PXG组、PEX组、CON组。3组纳入人员均应用角膜内皮镜测定其角膜ECD、CV及HE值并进行单因素方差分析。结果 PXG组、PEX组及CON组角膜ECD分别为(2308.20±430.70)mm^2、(2435.56±505.18)mm^2及(2655.74±317.58)mm^2。3组间角膜ECD总体差异有统计学意义(F=12.197,P=0.000)。进一步两两比较显示,PXG组、PEX组角膜ECD均低于CON组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.000,0.004),PXG组角膜ECD低于PEX组,差异无统计学意义(P=0.090)。3组间CV及HE总体差异无统计学意义(F=0.068,P=0.934;F=0.217,P=0.805)。结论 PXG及PEX患者角膜ECD低于CON。
Objective To analyze and compare differences of corneal endothelial cell density,coefficient of variation and percentage of hexagonal cells in Pseudoexfoliation glaucoma（ PXG）,Pseudoexfoliation syndrome（ PEX） and agematched control（ CON） subjects. Methods This clinical case control study was conducted from December 2012 to December 2017,and the patients were selected consecutively. The PXG group included 72 eyes of 72 cases,the PEX group included 56 eyes of 56 cases,and the CON group included 68 eyes of 68 subjects that were age and gender-matched. All subjects underwent specular microscope to measure corneal ECD,CV and HE. The data were analyzed by factor analysis of variance. Results The corneal ECD in PXG,PEX and CON groups were 2299. 95 ± 467. 27/mm^2,2538. 02 ± 351. 93/mm^2 and 2650. 61 ± 326. 46/mm^2 respectively. The overall difference of corneal ECD was significant among the three groups（ F = 12. 197,P = 0. 000）. The corneal ECD of PXG and PEX groups were lower than CON group（ P = 0. 000,0. 004）. The corneal ECD of PXG group was lower than PEX group,but there was no statistical significance（ P = 0. 090）.There were no significant differences in CV and HE between the three groups（ F = 0. 068,P = 0. 934; F = 0. 217,P =0. 805）. Conclusions The corneal ECD in PXG and PEX eyes is lower than that of CON eyes.
