自身免疫性脑炎的诊疗现状及进展 被引量：3

摘要 自身免疫性脑炎(autoimmune encephalitis,AE)是自身抗体对神经元成分产生异常免疫反应所致的中枢神经系统炎性疾病,AE临床表现多样,典型的临床表现为急性或亚急性起病的近记忆力下降、精神行为异常、癫痫发作等。近年来随着AE研究的不断深入以及抗体检测技术的发展,越来越多的AE抗体被报道出来,AE在非感染性因素所致的脑炎中占据极高比例,被认为约占所有成人脑炎的20%。本文就本文据近年来国内外发表的AE文献综述。
